Different shelters use different diameters, from compact 50mm profiles to wide-span 76mm frameworks - but the principle never changes: same quality, same toughness, same TUFF DNA.

SolaWeave™ Covers
A TUFFShel is only as strong as what’s wrapped around it, that’s why we use SolaWeave™, our heavy-duty 610 g/m² B1 Flame Retardant PVC fabric built for brutal weather and long service.
SolaWeave™ isn’t just tough, it’s tested to prove it. Every roll is checked for tensile strength, tear resistance, coating adhesion, and flex life, so we know it’ll keep performing long into the future.
It’s 100% waterproof, flame-retardant to BS 7837:1996 (2015) and DIN 4102 (B1), and built to handle years of UV, wind, and abrasion.
In the real world, that means 10-15 years of dependable service.

StripFix® Cover System
StripFix uses high-tensile aluminium channels to lock each 2m SolaWeave™ strip securely along the frame.
That means faster installation, a cleaner finish, and even tension across every panel - no ripples, no slack, no weak points.
And if a section of cover ever gets damaged, you don’t need to replace the whole sheet. Just swap out the affected 2m strip and lock it back in with StripFix®, saving time, money, and waste.
Once fitted, StripFix® keeps the cover tight for years, reducing wear and keeping your TUFFShel silent and steady when the wind’s howling.
