Every TUFFShel is built to order using a single configurator. This allows you to tailor the structure to your exact requirements. TUFFShel Blok is our dedicated solution for bulk materials and aggregate storage. The TUFFShel Lite and TUFFShel Max can also be installed onto concrete wall or blocks but this is bespoke modification - add note to your configuration and we can discuss options.

Up to 14m wide
Mounts directly to concrete blocks to create efficient, weather-resistant storage bays for bulk materials. The blocks form the sidewalls, we provide the high-strength steel roof and framework that make it last.
TUFFShel Lite
Up to 7.9m wide
Our most versatile free-standing shelter. Ideal for small yards, tool storage, or light workshops. Easy to install, quick to move, and built with the same TUFF DNA as the big ones.
TUFFShel Max
Up to 14m wide
The widest, tallest, and strongest in the TUFFShel range. Designed for industrial operations, machinery storage, or large-scale workshops that need space to move and strength to stay.
Built for Demanding Sites
Concrete block walls (often referred to as lego blocks) are commonly used to form storage bays, providing a solid surface to push against when loading and moving materials like sand, salt, and gravel.
TUFFShel Blok is purpose-built for this setup, creating a covered structure above these bays while maintaining full access for machinery.

Self Installation
Your structure is supplied with a detailed installation manual, and our team is available to provide telephone support if needed during the build.
Installation Supervisor
A member of our team can attend site to guide and oversee the installation while your team provides the labour. Under this option, you will be responsible for supplying plant, equipment, and materials such as a digger, dumper, and concrete.
Full Installation Service
For a complete, hands-off solution, our experienced construction team will carry out the full build from start to finish. This option is quoted based on your specific project and ensures the structure is installed safely, efficiently, and to specification.
